These Terms govern your use of AvatarTunes (the "Service"), operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AvatarTunes is a subscription/credit-based platform for AI music and video generation. Features and credit allowances depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your registration details, credential security and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed via Stripe. Fees are shown at checkout; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are consumed as you generate content.

4. AI-Generated Content & Rights

You are responsible for the prompts and inputs you provide and must hold the rights to any material you upload. AI output may resemble other works; you are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights (including music, likeness and copyright). Subject to these Terms, you own the outputs you generate.

5. Acceptable Use

No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content; no deepfakes or impersonation without consent; no attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or non-payment.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoresWiki LLC's aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy; the courts of Catania (CT) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
